Ingredients:
※6 oz ice
※16 oz milk
※Some cooked Tapioca Pearls
※2 oz Wintermelon Syrup
Direction:
- Put ice and milk in a blender and blend until smooth
2. In a glass or cup, add in cooked Tapioca Pearls and Wintermelon Syrup
3. Add blended ice and milk
4. It up and enjoy
Wintermelon Milk Tea Recipes
Ingredients:
※1/4 cup wintermelon milk tea powder*
※1 1/4 cups cold water
※Ice, as needed
※Tapioca pearls**, cooked, as needed
Direction:
1. In a blender, mix wintermelon milk powder
2. Cold water until dissolved
3. Pour into a tall glass with pearls and ice
4. Serve immediately.
Coconut Milk Tea Recipes
Ingredients:
※2 bags black tea
※1 cup hot water
※2 tablespoons coconut cream
※Simple syrup, to taste
※1/2 cup ice, more as needed
※Tapioca pearls**, cooked, as needed
Direction :
1. In a large bowl, steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and discard them. Add the coconut cream and simple syrup to taste, and stir to mix and dissolve.
2. Add and stir in ice to cool off mixture then transfer to a serving glass filled with tapioca pearls. Serve immediately.
Roasted Milk Tea
Ingredients:
※2 bags black tea
※1 cup hot water
※2 tablespoons non-dairy creamer or powdered skim milk
※Simple syrup, to taste
※1/2 cup ice, more as needed
※Tapioca pearls**, cooked, as needed
Direction :
1. Open tea bags and place leaves in a dry frying pan. Place over medium heat and lightly roast until fragrant, about 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove from the heat.
2. In a large bowl, steep the roasted tea leaves in the hot water for 5 minutes. Strain tea leaves using a strainer or sieve and discard leaves. Add the creamer and simple syrup to taste to the brewed tea, and stir to mix and dissolve.
3. Add and stir in ice to cool off mixture then transfer to a serving glass filled with tapioca pearls. Serve immediately.
Brown Sugar Milk Tea Recipes
Ingredients:
※2 bags of tea (ideally black)
※1/2 cup of full cream milk
※Brown sugar syrup (It’s like simple syrup but made of muscovado sugar instead of ※white sugar)
※Tapioca
※Ice
Direction :
1.Steep your tea bags for 15 minutes.
2. Once steeped, discard the tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
3. Combine the tea and the full cream milk then set aside.
4. In another glass, place the tapioca pearls, line the glass with the thick syrup.
5. Add the milk tea mixture to the glass. Best enjoyed after a quick stir!
