How to Quick Dry Undercoat
Damp days or winter days often slow down the process of clothes drying, which may bring us a lot of trouble sometime, especially for those who are often on their business trips.
For me, how to quick dry undercoat really matters a lot, because I don’t want to experience the risk of wearing what I don’t like. You know, the process for the clothes completely drying is so long, and the damp days or winter days could make it longer. It’s just like a nightmare for us when we need to wear our clothes badly. To tackle this problem, I’ve collected some tricks you can implement to get your undercoat quick dried.
#1: Quick Dry Undercoat with Towel
At the very beginning, wring your undercoat out to remove the excess water. Then, grab a large and clean dry towel, stretch it out and put the wet undercoat on it. And start rolling it as well as pressing it. Twist to squeeze out all the water so that the water can be absorbed by the towel as much as possible. By doing so, part of the moisture from your damp undercoat is taken away and the dehydration of the undercoat is processed effectively. It would be easier for you to get the dry undercoat quickly.
#2: Quick Dry Undercoat with Hair Dryer & Sealed Bag
Besides towel, you can use the hair dryer and a sealed bag to quick dry the undercoat.
Put your damp undercoat in the sealed bag, which has been cut a proper hole ahead of time. Then seal half of the bag and put the hair dryer at the other unsealed part of the bag, turn on the hair dryer and blow the undercoat. (A warm setting is fine. And it’s the air flow instead of the heat that matters a lot.) After 2 minutes around, adjust the position of the undercoat. And continuously shake the bag 5 minutes later to let your undercoat heated evenly. After 10 minutes, you will find your undercoat dry. But for the thicker clothes, it would take more than 10 minutes. And it’s still an efficient way.
You may wonder why this could work, because the hot blast itself from the hair dryer can speed up the drying process, and the sealed bag can make the hot blast gather in the narrow space where the temperature can be kept longer. So, the undercoat can be quick dried. For the hole on the bag, it’s for the moisture to go out when the hot air is blown in.
There will never be days for you to take a long time to wait for your clothes to completely dry and you don’t even need to use the tumble dryer. All you need to do is applying these above handy tricks to quick dry undercoat. And you can wear your undercoat whenever you want without being limited by the damp weather or season.
